Performance Incentive Plan

Every employee of Michael J. Rogers Masonry, Inc. receives some type of incentive pay.  Here are some examples:

1) Foremen and Hourly Employees receive a percentage of labor sales each day.

2) The Estimator receives a percentage of total sales as well as a percentage of gross profit.

3) The Office Manager receives a percentage of total sales.


Career Incentive

After an initial 90 day period, each employee is evaluated and given the opportunity to choose a career path of becoming a top operator, mason, foreman, or project manager/estimator.
